Please excuse my delay in responding to your email - I have been a bit caught up since returning from the UK last week.
I am delighted to hear that you have been so productive during your time in Milan. You certainly appear to met all your objectives as well as extending your research activities even further than planned. Your engagement with the Milanese museum sector is admirable and I am glad to see you have made some important links with education staff at Museo del Novecento and Museo Leonardo da Vinci. The meeting with the University is also good and I hope you will be able to gain insights into the medical academics interest in cultural interaction.
I'm not sure if you have any time for any of my further suggestions ... but one thought I did have was your documentation of the different key institutions. Have you been able to photograph the museum displays and interpretative material that relates to their education/public programs? It would be useful for you to source relevant visual material that might be difficult to access once you are back in Australia.
But that said, enjoy your last ten days in Milan. I look forward to seeing you on your return and discussing your findings and the development in your thinking about the research project.
